Where the scene is

Charles Street runs between Queen Street and Bute Terrace in the city centre, and Cardiff’s gay venues sit along it and on Churchill Way immediately alongside. Everything is within two or three minutes’ walk.

Queen Street station is about three minutes away and Cardiff Central around ten, which makes this one of the more convenient scenes in Britain to reach by train.

The largest scene in Wales

Cardiff is where Welsh LGBT+ nightlife is concentrated — Swansea and Newport have far less, and people travel in from across the south for a night out.
